- The Edgewood 24 Plex Condo Conversion. Obtained site plan & condo conversion approval and raised $1.2 Million from investors and created a 17% APR return per year for investors at completion-West Valley, Utah
- The Creekside Town Home Project. Seller financed .60 acre land purchase and obtained final site plan and zoning approval for three twin homes-Midvale, Utah. The first twin home is ready for sale.
- Jordan River Professional Plaza Office Condominiums. Obtained easements, city approvals and assisted in the building and current selling of 31,000 sq. ft. of office space on 2.4 acres in South Jordan , Utah
- Riverton Retail Center. Obtained Seller financing for 1.5 acres and completed C-2 retail zoning and site plan approval for 9000 sq. ft. of retail shop space and 14,000 sq. ft. of office space in Riverton, Utah
- West Jordan Twin Home. Obtained a minor subdivision approval and built a twin home in West Jordan, Utah
- West Valley Home. Removed an old foundation from a home that had burned and replaced it with a new home.
